Wade Disney Blow Ups

In 1961 Wade introduced their Disney Blow Up series. These were large slip cast porcelain models of the popular Hat Box series and included such characters as Lady, Tramp, Scamp, Si, Am, Dachsie, Jock, Trusty, Bambi and Thumper. Blow Ups is what the wade employees called them due to their larger size, but they were actually marketed as Disneys. All pieces are transfer marked with either
"Wade Porcelain Copyright Walt Disney Productions Made In England" or Wade Porcelain England"

Lady Measures 4-1/4" high and is valued between £60 to £80

Tramp Measures 6" high and is valued between £80 and £120

Scamp measures 4-1/8" high and is valued between £60 to £80

Am measures 5-3/4" high and Si measures 5-1/2" high and are valued at around £80 to £100 each.

Bambi measures 4-1/2" high and is valued between £50 and £60. Thumper measures 5-1/4" high and is valued between £90 and £120

Trusty measures 5-7/8" high and is valued between £80 and £120

Jock measures 4" high and is one of the rarer ones valued between £300 and £500

Dashie measures 5" high and is also one of the rarer peices vauling also between £300 and £500
